All products are for personal use unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders

· Placing an order creates a binding offer. We may accept or reject it (e.g., if out of stock or pricing error).

· You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

· We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

5. Shipping

· We ship around Bulawayo and Harare

· Delivery times are estimates;24hrs we are not liable for carrier delays.

· Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because fragrances, oils, and health products are sensitive:

· Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7days of delivery for a refund (shipping non‑refundable).

· Opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective.

· Defective items: Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund.

· Insect repellent & health essentials are final sale once opened.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

· Essential oils, roll-ons, insect repellent, and health essentials are for external use only unless clearly labelled otherwise.

· Always perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

· Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

· Keep all products away from children and pets.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Steve Inspired Perfumes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., allergic reactions, misuse, shipping delays). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
